Site Under Construction!
Still tweaking a few things on the site... use to be BJVlog. But now it's just JVlog with more pictures and maybe a little less video. But we will see! Stay tuned in and find out how it goes, I know I will! ;-*
i'm leaving the 16th but if you guys are getting into town that night - we can get dinner or something.
i remember watching kim doing the shank shuffle during parade. amy and i still like to do it. it was amazing.
i always think its very interesting the way that ellen handles being out on her show. it's in her contract (well it was in the begining) that she couldn't talk about it - just like in rosie's from the view. both of them couldn't have thier cut past a certain length. there were a lot of things they couldn't do which stopped them from being 100% out on tv. tyra was on ellen's show once and was talking about the time that she became a member of a rapper's posse and she said "and girls were just kissing me. it's so wierd being kissed by a girl - ya know?" and ellen goes "oh - i bet." it's upsetting that because of america's ideas about who and what gays and lesbians are - two women who are out can't be on their tv shows because of viewers.
Thanks for the inspiration and stuff. You guys make me feel special. I'll try and drag Janice somewhere, I just gotta find a cool company that's like Disney or Nickelodeon that wants me to work for them...
So I feel like I'm not a real Californian sometimes because I haven't been to Yosemite or Alcatraz or anything Californian like that.
One of my suggestions is indoor sky-diving. It's a bit pricey ($50), but they give you lessons, the flight gear, and two flights. You can find info on that at www.iflysfbay.com.
Another thing is this place in El Cerrito (next to Berkeley) where a guy has done a tribute to Playland at the Beach, which was an amusement park in SF in the early 1900s. I've helped out there before and it's just really awesome because there are authentic ride carts, pinball machines, etc. from various theme parks around the country too. It's a fun place that's going to open up to at-risk youth and other people free of charge. If you guys want to check it out, I can set up a private tour for a group of you. Playland-not-at-the-Beach info
I think I'm writing too much now. And Jason, check your e-mail when you can... Thanks!
And I LOVE the idea of possibly making a video! :-D
omigodimsoexcitedtoseeyoubothagain!!! have a safe flight here!!!
p.s. jason- one of these days i will be stealing you to take you to CA adventure/disneyland and we'll fly down there since it is about a 7-8 hour drive from san jose. =P
